**Job Title: Electrical Assembler** **** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components for various chamber models. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of process flow and be able to work effectively under direct supervision. You will follow engineering documentation, wiring diagrams, schematics, and written instructions with minimal guidance. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble sub-components including emergency stop panels, cable assemblies, sub-panels, and junction boxes. + Prepare electrical panels by cutting DIN rails, labeling panels, and mounting fuses, relays, controls, and circuit breakers. + Install all electrical parts and sub-assemblies into chambers, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Route wiring and make electrical connections for pneumatic assemblies, power panels, emergency stop panels, sub-panels, and junction boxes. + Retrieve necessary parts from inventory to fulfill work orders. + Initiate Corrective Preventive Reports (CPRs) for any non-conformances identified during assembly. + Operate hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, drills, wrenches, saws, grinders, screwdrivers, and utility knives. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment. + Adhere to regular attendance and punctuality requirements. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. + Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools. + Experience with soldering techniques. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Clear and effective communication skills. **Preferred Attributes:** + Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. + Dependable with a strong focus on quality and productivity. + Adherence to safety and security protocols. **Work Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
