Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Electric Assembler, where you will play a pivotal role in the assembly of large switch gears that power vital infrastructures such as airports, hospitals, and schools. This position involves wiring panel boards, doors, cradles, and other components within the switch gear units.

ResponsibilitiesWire panel boards, doors, cradles, and boards that are part of the large switch gear.Lift and install wire panels weighing up to 50lbs into the switch gear unit.Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.Utilize hand and power tools, as well as specialty tools provided, for assembly tasks.Perform electronic assembly, including soldering and crimping.Collaborate with a team of assemblers, maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.Essential SkillsExperience in electrical assembly, particularly wiring, preferred (1-2 years).Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with soldering and electrical wiring techniques.Familiarity with panel wiring and crimping.Must be flexible and adaptable to changing production needs.Capable of standing for extended periods during 10-hour workdays.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility from Monday to Friday, with potential shifts on Saturday from 6am to 2:30pm. Begin your journey with a day of training at the Siemens Training Center, located conveniently behind our facility in Broken Arrow, OK.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr.
