Job Description
The role involves assembling electrical and electronic components on printed circuit boards, wiring harnesses, power supplies, and other electrical assemblies or subassemblies, primarily as benchwork. You will be responsible for building harnesses for aircrafts to the IPC Standard, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Additionally, 10% of the work involves box build-up, requiring the ability to read drawings and work instructions.
ResponsibilitiesLay out wires using a wiring diagram and secure them.Strip wires and cut heat shrink.Attach terminals and cover wires.Shrink tubing with a heat gun and interlace multiple wires.Examine connectors, seal, and crimp wires.Attach terminals and wires to male and female housings, and connect connectors.Essential SkillsExperience in harness assembly, electrical assembly, and cable assembly.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Proficiency in wiring and soldering.Familiarity with using hand tools.Minimum of 1 year experience in electrical wiring and assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsIPC 610 (Wire harness assembly) Certificate preferred.IPC 620 and IPC J-STD certificates are advantageous.Experience in assembling harnesses for aircrafts is highly valued.Soldering skills are required.Candidates with military I-Level experience are welcome.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is air-conditioned and very clean, with accessible breakrooms. You must be open to working either the 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm or the 2nd shift from 3:00pm onwards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $29.00/hr.
