Electrical Assembler
**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** As an assembler, you will be responsible for building, testing, troubleshooting, and packaging completed units. You will receive daily work orders and will be tasked with picking and pulling any required components needed to complete assembly. Using small hand and power tools, you will assemble units together. The units vary in complexity, with simpler units containing 15-20 components, and more complex units containing between 50-100 components. You will work with pre-populated PC boards to build machines around these boards and use a vision scope to perform quality checks on the finished product. **Responsibilities** + Build, test, troubleshoot, and package completed units. + Receive daily work orders and gather necessary components for assembly. + Use small hand and power tools to assemble units. + Work with pre-populated PC boards to build machines. + Perform quality checks using a vision scope on finished products. **Essential Skills** + Experience in electronic assembly and small part assembly. + Proficiency in soldering and using hand tools. + Ability to follow work instructions and maintain quality standards. + Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Assembly experience in electrical or mechanical (small hand assembly). + Mechanical assembly skills and independent working ability. + Ability to stand for long periods and possess basic computer skills. + Positive attitude and attention to cleanliness. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a laid-back environment with a friendly, family-oriented culture. You will need to wear latex gloves, a smock, and closed-toed shoes. The role requires sitting 90% of the time at a workstation. The shift is Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
