Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated electrical assemblers to join our team due to an increased production demand. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling packs while seats at a table. You will be part of a team working across production lines.

ResponsibilitiesFollow assembly directions to glue North and Sole poles together using a hot glue gun at the Glue Station.Operate the welding machine using a foot pedal, ensuring all components of the battery are properly positioned during the Cell Tabbing and Resistant Welding process.Solder circuit boards, which is the most challenging task and will be learned last.Shrink wrap the battery packs.Conduct quality checks at each station to ensure high standards.Essential Skills6 months of production experience.Ability to assemble tiny parts.Ability to read and understand drawings.Openness to working overtime.Experience in soldering.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to follow directions.Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.Respectful of others.Good oral and written English communication skills.Experience in cell tabbing.Experience in resistant welding.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The standard shift is from 7 AM to 3 PM, which includes a paid 30-minute lunch break. The facility offers a comfortable environment with opportunities to increase your wage quickly by learning additional stations.
