Electrical Assembler
**Electrical Assembler** Our client, a leading provider in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an **Electrical Assembler** to join their team in Green Bay, WI. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the Assembly department supporting the production of high-quality electrical components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Job Title:** Electrical Assembler **Location:** Green Bay, WI **Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 + with experience** **Shift:** 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM **What's the Job?** + Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and other electrical components according to engineering drawings and specifications. + Install various electronic components such as sensors, controllers, and circuit boards. + Conduct thorough testing and calibration of electrical components to ensure functionality. + Execute lock out tag out procedures to ensure safe de-energization of machinery during assembly activities. + Document assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made during the assembly. **What's Needed?** + 5 - 10 + years of experience in electrical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques. + Must be familiar with electrical components, transformers, & 480-volt, PLC wiring, + able to read engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. + Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Software/computer programs used: Epicor (ERP system), Brady Workstation + Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques. + Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications. + Accurately use testing equipment and procedures to diagnose and troubleshoot potential issues. + Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. **What's it in me?** + Room For Growth and Development + Opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Gain hands-on experience with electrical assembly and troubleshooting. + Enhance your skills through internal training programs. + Contribute to the production of high-quality electrical components.
