**Electrical Assembly Technician – Contract to Hire**
📍 _Location: Oldsmar, Florida_
**About the Role**
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of innovation in the semiconductor industry! We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to support the electro-mechanical assembly of advanced cooling units. This hands-on role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to work in a clean, air-conditioned facility where quality and precision are key.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble complex electro-mechanical cooling units using schematics and blueprints.
+ Perform detailed panel wiring and machine building.
+ Unload and organize incoming materials in the warehouse.
+ Prepare finished products for shipment.
+ Use hand and power tools to build and test machines.
**What You Bring**
+ 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
+ Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
+ Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools.
+ Experience in panel wiring and machine assembly.
+ Bonus: Soldering experience and Military Veterans are highly valued.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
