**Job Title: Electrical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Assembler within the aerospace and defense department, where you will be responsible for completing sub-assemblies and final assemblies of motors. This role involves following detailed schematics to perform electrical assembly, including point-to-point wiring and soldering. Upon completion, you will be expected to test and troubleshoot the motors to ensure optimal performance. **Responsibilities** + Complete sub-assemblies and final assemblies of motors. + Follow schematics to perform electrical assembly including point-to-point wiring and soldering. + Test and troubleshoot motors after assembly. + Utilize power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks. + Inspect assembled parts using appropriate inspection equipment. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical assembly. + Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints. + Experience in inspection and testing of assembled components. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean, temperature-controlled, and humidity-controlled facility that provides a comfortable environment. You will be working in a clean room setting within an assembly shop where parts are assembled into motors. The facility is recently expanded, very clean, and well-organized. The environment is temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled for your comfort. The dress code requires steel toe boots, blue jeans, a plain t-shirt, and safety glasses. Approximately 150 people work within the plant. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
