Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assembling electrical components, wiring, and terminals according to technical drawings and specifications. The role involves installing and testing hydraulic and pneumatic components, ensuring systems meet customer specifications and regulatory standards. Collaborative problem-solving with engineers and assembly teams to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges is also essential.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical components, wiring, and terminals according to technical drawings and specifications.Install and test hydraulic and pneumatic components, ensuring proper functionality through precise adjustments.Perform detailed testing of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.Collaborate with engineers and assembly teams to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges during assembly.Modify and fabricate parts to meet unique project needs, ensuring each system is customized to specification.Support fieldwork and off-site service calls to ensure smooth installation and final checks on customer sites.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety procedures to ensure a high standard of work.Essential Skills1+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently during assembly and testing phases.Must be able to utilize a tape measure and have basic math skills.Must be able to lift 50lbs.Must be open to 1st shift.Must be able to be on feet for 8 consecutive hours.Additional Skills & QualificationsHaving own tools is a plus.Experience with 120VAC, 240VAC, 480VAC, 600VAC, & 24V DC is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in electrical or mechanical systems are a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a direct placement position in a heavy industrial environment that involves a lot of machine building. The facility operates from 6am - 2:30pm, with potential work hours extending until 3:30pm or 4:30pm, and some half-day Saturdays. The work environment is very large, busy, and fast-paced, reflecting the overflow of work and the high demand for our world-class induction heating and melting equipment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $58240.00/yr.
