Job Description
We are a fast-paced creative agency seeking an experienced eLearning Developer to support project-based work for our pharmaceutical sales training clients. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with proven experience developing interactive, user-friendly training modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
This role is 100% remote but requires availability during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, simulations, and educational games using Articulate Storyline 360.
Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers to transform storyboards into engaging digital learning experiences.
Ensure training modules align with brand standards and meet accessibility and usability requirements.
Conduct quality assurance checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement revisions quickly.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
Experience developing pharmaceutical sales training modules is required.
Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must be available to work standard EST business hours.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Animation or motion design experience.
UX/UI design sensibility or experience.
Working knowledge of SCORM and LMS integration.
