Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the EL Marketing & Sales in China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Define, setup and maintain data sources (manual and automated) for sales team to provide insight for decision-making of sales management.Collaborate with sales managers to set analytics systems and KPI for sales performance, market and competition studies.Develop reporting template and dashboards for sales team, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.Manage sales master data and generate routine sales tracking reports, e.g. pipeline management, order estimation, quotation analysis. Customize master data analysis dashboard in different metrics based on business requirements. Work with IT specialist to set up data warehouse for long term analysis and documentation.


Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with a proven ability to translate business questions into analytical insights.Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, with extensive experience in Power BI and excel. Solid experience in managing and analyzing sales data, with familiarity in sales KPIs, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with sales team and cross-functional teams to understand business and define analytical requirements.Experience in working with IT teams to define requirements for data sources, data warehousing, or BI system setup is a strong plus.More about us
