EKM Management & Pilot Support Specialist
**Title: EKM Engagement & Pilot Support Specialist** **Engagement Model** Duration: 12–16 weeks (aligned with FY25 pilot cycles). Commitment: Part-time (50–70%) or full-time depending on volume of pilots. Output Cadence: Weekly BU updates + pilot milestone reports. **Role Summary** A business-facing KM consultant to work on execution of EKM pilot support, BU engagement, intake, documentation of needs, and operational workflows. Acts as a bridge between BUs and the central EKM team to prepare the enterprise for scaled adoption. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead on actions from BU engagement sessions focused on understanding knowledge pain points and mapping requirements. + Support design, launch, and execution of 30-day EKM pilots (e.g., Sales Pinnacle, Sphere, Highspot taxonomies). + Document business needs, user workflows, content pain points, and AI use-case opportunities. + Support development of knowledge intake, governance, and metadata templates. + Assist in creation of FAQs, glossaries, workflows, and adoption assets. + Partner with the PRD/Architecture resource to ensure requirements flow cleanly into system design. + Track pilot analytics, usage patterns, and business outcomes. + Prepare BU-specific summaries and recommendations for broader rollout. **Required Skills & Experience** + 6–10 years in KM consulting, business analysis, or product enablement. + Strong stakeholder engagement skills across global teams. + Experience designing and running KM pilots. + Familiarity with taxonomies, content governance, and metadata models. + Ability to produce polished documentation and lightweight prototypes. **Preferred skills** + The role is **business-facing** , focused on **engagement, intake, and pilot execution** , which aligns with KM consulting and business analysis. + Responsibilities like **taxonomy design** , **metadata governance** , and **workflow documentation** point toward KM and content strategy expertise. + The need for **stakeholder engagement** and **adoption assets** suggests a hybrid of KM and change management skills.
