We're seeking a Executive (Life and Health) to join our commercial team. If you have a passion for sales and want to be part of a leading company in the corporate benefits sector, this opportunity is for you.

We will count on you to:

Negotiate with the insurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance programs in Life and Health lines.Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.Drafts proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help to win new business and opportunities.

What you need to have:

New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years. (Professional training in commercial areas or related fields.Internship experience or no more than 4 years preferably Sales experience, in life and health insurance or in the corporate benefits sector.)English language fluencyStrong skills in prospecting and closing deals.Results-oriented and ability to work under demanding goals.Focus on new business development.
