As part of the Capital Markets Transaction Management team, you will work in the transaction and investment business of one of the leading international consulting firms in the real estate sector. You will build up a personal track record with real estate transactions throughout Germany and in all asset classes. The early assumption of responsibility and a high degree of initiative are particularly important for this role. Our young team stands for active cooperation, enthusiasm and commitment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support for transaction consulting (buyside / sellside)Development of transaction data roomsOrganization and creation of marketing materials and pitches with our in-house design agencyCash flow modeling and underwritingPreparation of portfolio, scenario and sensitivity analysesClient meetings and viewingsWorking on a national and international level and across all sectorsWorking with highly experienced real estate consultants and the opportunity to learn a lot and get a broad educationKnowledge & Experience:
Successfully completed studies in real estate management or economicsVery good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power PointExcellent written and spoken German and English language skillsQuick comprehension, analytical thinking and motivationGoal-oriented, independent work and ability to work in a teamWhat we offer:
