Job Description
As a Facilities Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in various projects such as Green Mark Certification. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of sustainability and engineering, contributing to the development of solutions that address environmental challenges.
About the Role
- To act as a facilitator and coordinator between authorities and client representatives for Green Mark projects.
- Implement Green Mark projects to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
* Coordinate proper data collection (Site visits, documenting asset details, collating documents in excel, etc) of Green Mark documents necessary for submission.
- Carry out pitches to clients on their direction to certify their property to achieve Green Mark.
- Perform any related duties as required and directed.
About You:
- Currently pursuing an education in Facilities Management, Sustainable Built Environment, Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
