EHS&Q Officer BeLux (h/f/x) – Belgique - Luxembourg

Otis développe son activité et recherche une EHS&Q Officer Belux (H/F/X) pour intégrer une de nos entités situées en Belgique/au Luxembourg.

L’activité proposée consiste au support EHS&Q comme travailleur désigné pour tous nos activités.

Grâce à vos connaissances reconnues de la technique, vous donnez support à l’opération Belge et Luxembourgeoise en matière d’environnement, sécurité, sante et qualité en apportant des solutions mais aussi votre expertise.

Missions principales :

Au sein de l’équipe, vos principales missions seront :

Evaluation des risques

Piloter, animer et tenir à jour l’évaluation des risques et les documents associésAnalyser les postes de travail et les équipementsRéaliser des plans de prévention et assister les donneurs d’ordreAnimer des groupes de travail

Surveiller les activités

Réaliser des inspections EHSContrôler et analyser les situations d’urgenceRédiger et suivre les plans d’actionsPiloter et suivre les vérifications réglementaires

Formation et communication

Réaliser des flashs communicationsRéaliser des formationsRédiger les autorisations de travail et tenir à jour le fichier des formations et autorisationsAssurer le suivi des formations sécurité internes

Réaliser des actions du programme EHS annuel et prendre en charge des sujets ponctuels

Garantir l’évacuation, le suivi réglementaire et le reporting des déchetsParticiper dans son activité au bon déploiement de la politique EHS conformément aux rôles et responsabilités définis.  Participer à l’amélioration continue de son activité.

Profil :

Vous êtes issu(e) d’un diplôme d’ingénieur généraliste ou promotion interne et vous disposez d’une expérience avérée dans le domaine des ascenseurs.

Compétences et qualités recherchée :

Expérience et diplôme pertinent et justifiez d’une précédente expérience dans un poste similaireRigueur, organisation, sens des priorités, collaboration inter services, sens de la relation clients et satisfaction aigu. Compétences en communication, maitrise du pack officeMaitrise du néerlandais, français et l’anglais est nécessaire au quotidienPrise d’initiative, attitude proactive, capacité de décision dans un intérêt communDes déplacements fréquents entre la Belgique et le Luxembourg sont requis dans le cadre de cette fonction.

De voorgestelde activiteit bestaat uit EHS&Q-ondersteuning als aangewezen medewerker voor al onze activiteiten.

Risico-evaluatie

Het voeren, coördineren en up-to-date houden van de risico-evaluatie en bijhorende documentenAnalyseren van werkposten en uitrustingenOpstellen van preventieplannen en ondersteuning bieden aan opdrachtgeversHet begeleiden van werkgroepen

Toezicht op activiteiten

Uitvoeren van acties in het jaarlijkse EHS-programma en beheer van ad‑hoc dossiers

Profiel

U beschikt over een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, of bent intern doorgegroeid, en u heeft aantoonbare ervaring in de liftsector.
