We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Descripción genérica del puesto** Esta responsabilidad incluye el manejo y actualización de la documentación requerida por los estándares y normas tanto Ambientales como de Seguridad y Salud aplicables al centro de trabajo. **Responsabilidades:** · Encargado de la supervisión de la recolección de los residuos Peligrosos y de su correcto almacenamiento en el cuarto de residuos Peligrosos. · Responsable de la correcta identificación de los químicos y residuos Peligrosos utilizados y generados en la compañía. · Mantener actualizado y en español las hojas de Seguridad de todos los químicos utilizados en la compañía. · Controlar y administrar toda la documentación ambiental como bitácora de residuos peligrosos y su disposición, manifiestos, planes de manejo y contingencia. · Apoyar en la coordinación y ejecución de los simulacros de evacuación y derrame. · Impartir la inducción de Seguridad a contratistas según se requiera. · Apoyar en la atención a auditorías Ambientales y de Seguridad, y su seguimiento de las acciones correctivas resultado de dichas auditorías. · Cumplir con la mejora continua implementando proyectos de reducción de costos. · Mantener en cumplimiento los indicadores de 5S + 1 · Excelente Comunicación con todos los departamentos. · Responsable de corregir / reportar los comportamientos o condiciones inseguros para mantener el ambiente de trabajo libre de accidentes. · Mantener actualizado los procedimientos ambientales y de seguridad y salud. **Autoridad:** · Reportes de incumplimiento de reglas establecidas que atenten con la integridad de la persona. · Exigir que se lleve a cabo las correcciones al proceso y/o equipos que no cumplan con las condiciones de seguridad mínimas. · Paro de actividades por riesgos inminente · Detener las operaciones que se llevan a cabo bajo la realización de personal que no se encuentre certificado. · Establecer reglas y procedimientos para poder salvaguardar la integridad del personal. **Requerimientos básicos:** · Carrera terminada (Ingeniería o Administración) · Expericencia en posición similar 3 años · Comunicación efectiva · Organizado. · Comprensión de inglés (oral escrito) · Liderazgo · Conocimientos en Legislación aplicable · Habilidades computacionales.
