Join CBRE as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)Supervisor, a critical role dedicated to ensuring robust HSE programs for aleading Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical client. Based full-time in Concord, NC,you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding employees and communities byexpertly managing and evolving essential HSE initiatives.
This is a fully onsite role in Concord, NC with about 5%travel.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead the implementation and oversight of comprehensive HSE programs, acting as the primary subject matter expert.
+ Proactively evaluate new and existing programs, continuously monitoring injury, illness, and incident performance to drive improvement.
+ Resolve complex HSE issues and ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.
+ Guide your team in maintaining current playbooks and procedures, ensuring effective implementation and adherence.
+ Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and foster a strong safety culture consistent with CBRE RISE values.
**What You'll Need:**
+ A High School Diploma or GED combined with 5+ years of relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) experience.
+ An in-depth understanding of HSE processes, procedures, systems, and concepts.
+ Excellent organizational skills coupled with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
+ Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ The ability to clearly articulate complex information and sensitive topics to diverse audiences.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The rate for the Union Stationary Engineer position is $72.93 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
