To strengthen our QESH team in Tilburg, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced EHS Supervisor to join the Sparkling team! We are looking for our next team member, who will work independent and is assertive in his/her approach. Your leadership and communication skills will help you in taking care of all your responsibilities! In this role, you are reporting to the QESH Sr. Supervisor at NLC (Netherlands Logistics Centre in Tilburg). The QESH department supports all NLC units regarding Quality, Environment, safety and Health, with a main focus on the production departments, taking into account the internal and external requirements. Your focus will be on the EHS part of this team. Responsibilities As the EHS Supervisor, you are responsible for setting up and maintaining an optimal EHS policy and ensuring everyone works in a safe and sustainable work environment. You lead and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements in accordance with local laws and global guidelines. You work closely with colleagues at our headquarters in Israel. You are responsible for our local policy, while taking part and leading in a very hands-on role. You carry out a diverse range of tasks connected to Safety, Security, Health & Sustainability. What are you going to do? You are responsible for the local EHS policy and ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations; You carry out risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented across all workstations; You ensure factory routines are in place (e.g. forklift/pedestrian movement, PPE usage) and monitor adherence; You proactively report and follow up on EHS risks and incidents, ensuring corrective and preventive actions; You plan and execute EHS awareness trainings and onboarding for new employees; You manage yearly reporting obligations to authorities and lead sustainability initiatives for the NLC site; You collaborate with global PepsiCo teams and external partners (e.g. IDL) on EHS and Sustainability goals, including waste system improvements. Qualifications To be a successful EHS Supervisor, its helpfull to have experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or production company. You have strong communication skills and can easily build relationships with stakeholders. Hold a minimum HBO-level education in the field of safety, environmental science, logistics, or technical studies; Preferably in possession of MVK or HVK certification; At least 3 years of experience in a similar international EHS role; Knowledge of relevant environmental and safety regulations, including ADR and energy efficiency audits (EED); Experience in setting up and maintaining EHS procedures, documentation, and compliance systems; Proven ability to work with and enforce global EHS standards and drive continuous improvement; Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation; Excellent English skills, both verbal and written; Dutch is a strong advantage, but not a necessity.
