EHS Specialist Coordinator
**Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist to join their team.** As a Senior EHS Specialist, you will be part of the Environmental, Health, and Safety Department supporting Plant Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Corporate EHS teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Senior EHS Specialist **Location:** Dallas, TX (100% On-site – 2600 Singleton Blvd) **Pay Range:** $49.30 – $52.81/hour **What’s the Job?** + Guide and monitor EHS programs and compliance at the plant level. + Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions. + Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and training initiatives. + Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local/state regulations. + Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a safe and environmentally compliant workplace. **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, etc.) preferred. + Minimum 4 years of experience managing EHS programs. + Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety program implementation. + Proficiency in Gensuite or similar EHS systems. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead and influence. **What’s in it for me?** + Medical insurance + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Life insurance + Weekly payment This is a **contract role** expected to last **3 to 6 months** , with the **possibility of temp-to-perm** based on performance and budget availability.
