We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as an **EHS Specialist** **in Corinth, MS.**

**Job Summary:**
As the **EHS Specialist** at the Corinth, MS facility, you will serve as an individual contributor on Environmental, Health, and/or Safety (EHS) projects and assignments that support and enhance facility performance and compliance
**Additional Info** :
+ **Location:** Corinth, MS (United States)
+ This position requires working onsite five days a week.

+ **Travel:** Up to 10% (Domestic)
**What You Will Do:**
+ Identify common safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organization's operations and establish guidelines for protection from those hazards.
+ Ensure EHS training is completed to comply with regulatory requirements or in support of facility, division, or enterprise objectives.
+ Audit safety/health/environmental programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions.
+ Monitor periodic performance reports for trends and conditions and alerts line management to problems.
**What You Have (Required Skills):**
+ **Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance** : Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies; ability to implement EHS policies to ensure that provided products and services are safe for people and the environment and in compliance with legal requirements and standards.
+ **Problem Solving** : Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
+ **Overcoming Resistance to Change** : Understanding and insight into the futility of refusing to accept the inevitable and ability to overcome resistance and adapt to a complex and changing environment.
+ **Interpersonal Relationships** : Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
+ **Collaborating** : Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
+ **Sustainability** : Knowledge of sustainability strategy; ability to integrate sustainability into the overall business strategy of the organization to build a sustainable business model.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
