Job Title: EHS Manager 

Overview
A leading Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer in the Sheboygan, WI area is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety programs at their facility. Responsibilities

Lead all EHS programs, policies, and compliance initiatives in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations

Oversee safety audits, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment

Drive continuous improvement in safety culture, training, and employee engagement

Manage environmental reporting, chemical handling, and sustainability initiatives

Collaborate with plant leadership on risk assessments, KPIs, and regulatory compliance

Supervise and mentor an EHS team of four employees

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Safety, Engineering, or related field

7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)

Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations in Wisconsin

Hands-on leadership experience in a unionized facility

U.S. citizenship required (ITAR compliance)

Professional certifications (CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30/4001) highly preferred
