**Summary:**
The EHS Manager will have the opportunity to spearhead the development and implementation of a plant specific EHS program that falls under your direction. You will serve as an important technical resource for environmental health and safety requirements and operations throughout the plant, leading EHS projects, implementing new processes, and modifying existing ones.
**Job Title:** Environmental Health & Safety Manager
**Location:** Franklin, WI
**Pay Range:** $120,000-$155,000 + Bonus
**What’s the Job?**
+ Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs for a new manufacturing site.
+ Ensure compliance with federal safety, and local environmental, safety, and health regulations.
+ Lead job hazard analysis, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
+ Create and delivery safety orientation and training for all new hires and contractors.
+ Desing and implement environmental management systems (i.e. waste handling, emissions, reporting).
+ Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective actions to drive a safety and complaint workplace.
+ Partner with leadership and employees to build a proactive, behavior-based safety culture.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing environment.
+ 3+ years of managerial experience required.
+ Proven record of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, etc.).
+ Skilled in risk assessment and hazard analysis.
+ Experience implementing new or improved safety processes/procedures.
