**EHS Admin (Multiple position)**
**75 Steam Boat Blvd, Manchester, PA 17345 - Onsite role**
**12 month contract with high potential for extension**
**Pay range: $21/hr on W2**

**JOB SCOPE:**
General responsibilities include performing non-technical equipment inspections, safety audits, systems database management, varied data entry and coordination of interdepartmental communications to facilitate project completion.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Include the following (but not limited to):
• Monitor Net Facilities work order system and facilitate communications between Maintenance and EHS departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Conduct non-technical equipment safety inspections and upload results into appropriate tracking systems.
• Manage safety training records and communicate with leadership to ensure certification training is completed before expiration dates.
• Generate physical PIT Operator licenses and distribute to supervisors.
• Conduct periodic inspections of safety supplies (first aid, spill kit, etc) and restock as needed.
• Process vendor quotes for PO approval.
• Communicate with contractor/vendors with PO approval information.
• Coordinate and schedule contractor visits with appropriate parties.
• Ensure contractor validation/training in ISN.
• Perform cycle counts of maintenance parts to establish proper part controls.
• Work with Maintenance to establish min/maxes to ensure the proper parts are in stock.
• Perform maintenance audits in order to maintain consistent building performance and operation.
• Assisting with Maintenance and EHS projects as needed.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
• 1-4 years prior administrative experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
