消防管理 / Fire Protection：

1.  组织编制和更新消防应急预案，定期开展消防应急演练，负责消防应急事件的调查、分析与处理。

2.  参与新建、改建项目的消防设施设计审核，并负责消防工程的验收及合规性确认。

3.  建设、培训和管理公司内部应急消防队伍，提高应急响应能力。

4.  负责公司微型消防站及消防中控室的日常管理及运行维护。

5.  督促并监督相关部门及第三方落实消防设备设施、安全装备、防护与急救器具的巡检、维护与检测工作，确保设备处于有效状态。

6.  协助部门负责人开展与政府消防部门及外部机构的沟通、协调及相关事务管理。

安防与承包商管理 / Security & Contractor Management：

1.  管理第三方安保公司，协调日常安保运营，确保厂区安保秩序安全、稳定、有序。

2.  督促相关部门及第三方落实工厂安防系统（监控、门禁等）的日常运行保障，负责物资进出流程的监管与审核。

3.  负责承包商入厂管理，对进入工厂的施工人员开展施工安全教育，并监督相关方在作业过程中的安全合规性。

4.  严格实施危险作业（含动火、高空、受限空间等）的监督管理，确保安全要求得到执行。

5.  完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

背景及能力要求/ Background and ability requirements:

1.  国家统招院校大专及以上学历（如条件优秀经验丰富者可以适当放宽）。

2.  消防专业、消防兵退伍、持有消防设施操作员证书者优先。

3.  有从事相关工作3年及以上经验。

4.  熟悉安保安防和消防管理类相关法规和相关工作流程，能够独立组织处理突发事件。

5.  有管理经验，较强的组织协调能力，语言表达能力和良好的写作能力。
