Eagle Ottawa Thailand (EOT) Finishing & Cutting plant construction has been newly completed in 2011, which is located in Rayong. There’re more than 600 employees in this plant.

 

Performance Objective (KPI):

Legal compliance for all safety, occupational health & Environmental requirements. HSE inspection and control for both internal and external people who working for EOT Recordable report on time and effective preventive plan implementation. EHS improvement activities and promote EHS campaign. Achieved OHS National awards. Maintain and drive OHSE management system as EMR & OHSMR. Coordinate and synergy work with EHS global.


Responsibilities:

Follow up new legal.  (20 %)

Goal: Ensure all new concern in factory legal is up to date and compliance with factory.

Follow up new legal for all safety, occupational health & Environmental requirements by monthly. Distribute legal are concern in MFG. Follow up result of compliance.

 

Recordable report and effective preventive plan implementation. (20 %)

Goal: All incident case report on time and effective preventive action.

Investigation incident with team and report on time. Follow up for effective preventive plan implementation. Keep statistic record by monthly.

 

Safety Audit (15 %)

Goal: Conduct safety audit by management team by weekly and effective preventive action plan with due date.

Coordinate with management team and conduct safety audit by weekly. Set up corrective and preventive action plan and follow up by weekly report to management team

 

Safety committee meeting (15 %)

Goal: Conduct safety committee team meeting be monthly and report within seven days.

Coordinate with management team and conduct safety committee meeting by monthly. Report minute of meeting with in seven days.

 

Work permit control (10 %)

Goal: Ensure contractor who entering to factory good knowledge in factory rules and regulations and follow regulations.

Training safety and environmental regulations to contractor and keep record. Control work permits system. Inspection contractor safety and report unsafe to management team.

 

Safety suggestion (10 %)

Goal: All of employee suggestion safety issue to factory 2 topic per year and effective preventive action plan with due date.

Conduct Safety suggestion activity (CCCF) 1 time / Year. Summary result and follow up preventive and corrective action. Summary result and report to management team.

 

Security control (10 %)

Goal: Ensure supplier who entering to factory follow security regulations.

Sep up security rule and control security man.

 

 

Reporting :

Government document report. Safety officer level report. Hazardous chemical report. Annual fire evacuation report. Environment monitoring report. Hazardous waste report.

 

Safety committee meeting report. Incident statistic report. Safety audit report. Safety suggestion report. Newsletter All hand meeting

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field with professional certification. 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001. Good command of English (spoken & written). Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.
