Our client, a healthcare association, is seeking an Education Coordinator to support their team based in Arlington, VA!

Responsibilities:

Identify and accurately prioritize learning topics through needs assessments and tracking trends.Develop educational tools and resources.Lead the annual Symposium planning - coordinate speakers, create agenda, and provide support for virtual and in-person trainings.Review and update program certification requirements.Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

3+ years of educational programmatic experience.A bachelor's degree in business or education is highly preferred.Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.Proficient in MS Office Products and Apple products with a technical savviness.Collaborative, organized, and strong time management skills.

Position Information:

$60K-65K salary + benefitsRemote, but MUST be based out of the DMVThe team is small, dynamic, and growing!
