Responsibilities

Load and set up parts in the EDM machine.Inspect parts for quality during order processing.Set up and operate EDMs, including conventional, 5-axis, water-based, oil-based, and wire EDMs.Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Interpret blueprints and drawings.Troubleshoot and fix defects with machinery.Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Prepare logs and records to document machine operation and daily production.Set up and switch jobs as required with training.Achieve more than 98% efficiency daily, ensuring high-quality output.

This is a Contract to Hire position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
