Our client, a leading healthcare communications organization, is seeking an Editor to join their team. As an Editor, you will be part of the Content Quality Assurance Department supporting Healthcare Marketing Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to interpret complex technical information, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Editor
**Location:** Little Canada, MN
**Pay Range: $40/hr**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide proofreading and light editing for internal and external marketing communications in compliance with corporate standards, brand guidelines, and policies
+ Edit and proofread highly technical and regulated healthcare content, including product and campaign messaging, trademarks, references, and legal designations
+ Review content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment across multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, presentations, interactive assets)
+ Partner with creative teams and external stakeholders to ensure materials meet communication objectives and quality standards
+ Ensure content adheres to regulatory and brand compliance requirements within a healthcare environment
**What's Needed?**
+ Exceptional command of the English language and strong knowledge of style guides
+ Proven experience in editing and proofreading for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax
+ Ability to interpret technical, product-related, and regulated healthcare content accurately
+ Experience working within a corporate branding and regulated communications framework, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries
+ Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
