Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and maintain scalable applications, and be responsible for building efficient, testable, and reusable code. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets our clients' needs.
• Provide application support for EDIFECS-based systems and healthcare EDI transactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to EDIFECS applications.
• Work extensively with HIPAA EDI transactions such as 834, 835, and 837.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues to ensure uninterrupted EDI processing.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation for EDIFECS implementations and support procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and enhancements in EDIFECS and healthcare EDI standards.
• Participate in shift-based support, including off-hours support as required.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong understanding of EDIFECS principles and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with HIPAA EDI standards (834, 835, 837 transactions).
• Proven experience in EDIFECS production support and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of healthcare payer systems and EDI workflows.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working in L2/L3 support environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
