EDI Lab Analyst
Job Description This opportunity supports laboratory systems by ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of inbound orders and outbound test results transmitted through HL7 and EDI interfaces. This role plays a critical part in protecting data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across live and new integrations. The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regulated healthcare environment with multiple priorities. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Experience or working knowledge of HL7 and/or EDI interfaces (preferred) Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in ticket‑based production support environments Strong teamwork skills and professional work ethic Experience working in a medical laboratory environment Microbiology laboratory exposure Familiarity with interface monitoring and data validation tools
