As part of the Wilkes-Barre Business Solutions team, this role is responsible for supporting and analyzing tactical day to day EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) process for the 7BB NA DSD and Warehouse delivered businesses. 


Related to EDI, the role is responsible for coordinating new partnerships and initiatives integrating other CS&L groups into those efforts as necessary and providing analysis into day-to-day issues and direction to the BPS and B2B MBS teams to drive resolution. The role will also provide support to the EDI aspects of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) processes.

How you will contribute

Day to day business support for Order to Cash EDI processes.Support of OTC projects including all EDI functionalityEngagement with Customer, Sales, and Supply Chain teams regarding strategic customer initiatives.Oversee coordination of onboarding new EDI customers.  Daily engagement with the B2B IT team and the Business Process Support team to ensure that day-to-day activities are operating as expected and executed properly.Analyze concerns or opportunities in support of CSC’s, Customer Supply Chain and Financial Services regarding EDI / B2B with Mondelez customers.Oversight of VMI process for North America including working directly with the VMI Analysts, MDS Support, and Datalliance.Subject matter expertise in support of the Business Solutions team on projects where there is a need for an EDI perspective Maintain an understanding of EDI transactions, segments and data elements to enhance engagement with technical teams.  

What you will bring

5+ years of experience with and understanding of CS&L business processes.High school diploma required- Bachelor’s degree preferred.Project Management - Experience coordinating efforts to achieve a goal.Problem Solving - Analytical skills to address issuesFunctional understanding of EDI, VMI and SAP processes.

Travel requirements: 10%
