Key Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process, including demand review, supply planning, and operational reviews. Build monthly consensus plans for production, sales, and inventory for current quarter and quarter +1.Help to develop and maintain rolling 18-month forecasts for MICT, using historical trends, and commercial team inputs.Support to monitor and resolve MICT fulfillment escalations through coordination between Order Management, Manufacturing. Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent revenue slippage and maintain customer commitments.Help to analyze forecast errors, high inventory level, and fulfillment failures. Build data-driven mitigation plans and process improvements to address recurring issues.Partner with Manufacturing and Logistics to support with shipment planning, maximizing rail utilization versus air while meeting customer delivery requirements. Track and report cost savings initiatives.Serve as inventory gatekeeper for MICT within EAGM region, and monitoring performance against targets.Identify non-moving CT systems and workstations across all warehouses within EAGM. Connect with cross-functional teams to reallocate excess inventory to fulfill current demand by help from commercial teams.Help to prepare and present weekly Operational reviews with key metrics: forecast accuracy, inventory level, sales performance , risks, opportunities, and help needed from management.Build trust and credibility across functions through transparency, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field (recent graduate or 0-2 years of experience)Strong working knowledge with excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and ability to analyze large datasets.Ability to draw conclusions from incomplete or ambiguous information and identify trends in datacommunicate ideas effectively in writing and verbally.Quick learner who embraces feedback and adjusts approach based on new informationWorks effectively across teams and seeks input from others when problem-solvingUnderstanding of supply chain fundamentals (demand planning, inventory management, production planning concepts)Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
