Ecosystem Sr. Manager – Neuroscience

Drive timely, accurate, and equitable Alzheimer’s diagnosis and treatment by creating a sustainable environment that enables confident adoption of Kisunla. This role begins with a strong focus on business development and innovative funding solutions that complement existing reimbursement pathways. Over time, the position offers potential progression either into sales and marketing or into deeper specialisation within business development.

As Neuroscience becomes one of the most significant growth areas for Lilly globally, this position provides a rare opportunity to contribute to the development of a national ecosystem that supports Kisunla and future portfolio assets. You will play a central role in laying the foundations that will enable Lilly to lead in one of the company’s most strategically important therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with private insurance companies to secure practical and meaningful coverage for Kisunla treatment.
• Work collaboratively with hospitals, diagnostic providers, and payers to embed funding solutions within patient access pathways.
• Support launch readiness by ensuring that financial and operational frameworks are aligned with diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
• Identify and lead business development initiatives that strengthen the overall treatment environment and expand patient access to Kisunla in alignment with Lilly’s broader Neuroscience growth strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Life Sciences.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in healthcare, the pharmaceutical industry, or strategy consulting.
• Strong B2B or business development experience, with experience in the insurance sector considered advantageous.
• Business‑proficient English and excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A problem‑solving and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to develop and implement innovative funding and access solutions.
• Preferred: Experience in Neuroscience and or insurance, and experience in global or above‑country environments.
