Join Roche, where every voice matters. **The Position** We are looking for an Ecosystem Commercial Partner (ECP) who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and strengthening Indonesia’s healthcare ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with hospitals, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to bring meaningful impact to the communities we serve. This is an opportunity to shape real change in how patients access healthcare solutions. **The Opportunity** As an ECP, you will be the primary partner for key hospitals and accounts, building strategic and long-term collaborations that support better care delivery. You will use insights, data, and strong partnership skills to understand needs, co-create solutions, and ensure patients receive the right treatments at the right time. This role sits at the center of Roche’s ecosystem approach, enabling access, driving innovation, and supporting our purpose of doing now what patients need next. **Key responsibilities** + Lead strategic engagement with key hospitals, becoming their main point of contact and trusted partner. + Translate insights, data, and customer interactions into clear actions that address unmet needs. + Develop account plans, segment stakeholders, and build targeted engagement strategies that deliver long-term value. + Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, hospital leaders, and internal experts to support education, capability building, and ecosystem projects. + Support access initiatives such as formulary listing, reimbursement discussions, patient support programs, and diagnostic partnerships. + Coordinate stock forecasting, supply planning, and operational follow-ups to ensure product availability and smooth hospital operations. + Monitor competitive activities and identify opportunities to improve patient pathways within the ecosystem. **Who You Are** You are someone who enjoys solving problems, building partnerships, and working closely with healthcare stakeholders. You bring strong communication skills, the ability to navigate complexity, and a proactive mindset that helps you drive meaningful impact. **Qualification** + Experience in healthcare account management, commercial roles, or partnerships with hospitals or healthcare institutions. + Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate insights into strategic actions. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. + A collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. + Adaptability, curiosity, and entrepreneurial thinking. + A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences, or other relevant fields. **Who we are** A healthier future drives us to innovate.
