Ecommerce Sales Associate Analyst sodastream
Overview We are looking for a Ecommerce Sales Associate Analyst to join our Demand Acceleration team. You will be responsible for analyzing eCommerce sales and promotional data to identify key trends and performance drivers within the SodaStream business. This role collaborates closely with the eCommerce sales team to flag actionable insights that can inform and optimize promotional strategies. The analyst ensures data accuracy and integrity by regularly validating and verifying all relevant datasets. They monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of eCommerce initiatives. Additionally, the role requires ongoing communication with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in sales performance. Responsibilities Enhancing data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to optimize promotional strategies and improve business performance. Integrating spend data into dashboards to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, IT, and data teams) to gather necessary data and ensure dashboard accuracy and relevance. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by regularly validating and verifying dashboard data. Providing training and ongoing support to business users to help them effectively utilize dashboards and understand insights. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of promotional activities and overall business performance. Continuously analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in promotional strategies and business operations. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and dashboard development. Working with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and smooth dashboard operation. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of experience Advanced data analysis skills, especially in analyzing large datasets and point-of-sale data at the SKU level. Expertise in dashboard development using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. In-depth knowledge of the retail and e-commerce sectors, including familiarity with relevant KPIs and metrics. Ability to integrate financial data (e.g., spend data) into dashboards to demonstrate ROI. Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, IT, and data teams). Experience in ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and verification. The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,000 - $106,000 per year. Confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
