**Job Summary:**
The eCommerce Marketing Communications Consultant is a member of a global team responsible for end-to-end eCommerce marketing strategy and execution across eCommerce and related platforms. In this role, the Consultant owns the marketing strategy for Cat Central, our mobile app which supports customers in their equipment ownership journey. From strategy to execution, this role leads and delivers integrated, cross-channel marketing efforts with a primary focus on mobile app awareness & adoption, customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and conversion performance. In addition to the core mobile app focus, this role may also drive other initiatives across the team’s portfolio. The Consultant partners closely with cross-functional team members, industry groups, and agency partners to drive strategic alignment, foster shared understanding, and ensured coordinated execution across complex, matrixed environments.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Develop and execute global eCommerce marketing strategies that translate business objectives into integrated, cross-channel marketing programs spanning paid media, email, onsite, in-app, App Store presence, and dealer-facing marketing toolkits
+ Partner with key team members to understand Cat Central product roadmaps, new feature launches, and global rollout plans, translating this insight into scalable platform marketing strategies that support global readiness, effective promotion, and adaptation to local market conditions
+ Collaborate with business and agency partners to inform and align messaging and creative that promotes the platform, inspires engagement, and drives adoptions across key stages of the journey
+ Communicate marketing strategy, priorities, performance, and risks to leadership teams, building confidence, securing alignment and commitment, and enabling informed support and decision making
+ Share marketing plans and progress with cross-functional teams to enable coordinated planning, alignment across initiatives, and effective execution across the organization
+ Manage and optimize the Cat Central App Store presence, ensuring content, imagery, and messaging remain current, localized, and aligned to brand and campaign priorities to drive installs and engagement
+ Develop and maintain dealer enablement materials, including toolkits, creative templates, and messaging frameworks, that help dealers effectively promote Cat Central and Parts.cat.com
+ Contribute to the development and evolution of arching creative and messaging strategies for the eCommerce portfolio, ensuring alignment to platform strategies, marketing objectives, and the end-to-end customer journey
+ Lead and/or support the development, execution, and operational coordination of marketing assets for the eCommerce portfolio, partnering with media, creative, and translation vendors and internal teams to support campaign delivery and localization (including translation workflows)
+ Develop internal and dealer communications, including go-to-market updates, launch announcements, and presentations that align stakeholders around upcoming initiatives and available resources.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and consult with business partners and dealers on marketing content initiatives to inform and educate on eCommerce platform marketing deliverables
+ Track campaign adoption and effectiveness, supporting performance reporting and providing insights to optimize future creative direction and dealer utilization.
+ Establish and evolve mobile measurement frameworks by defining tracking requirements, partnering with product and engineering teams on implementation, and advocating for tools and reporting solutions needed to accurately measure performance.

+ **Creative & Strategic Thinking:** Ability to shape marketing campaigns that connect product benefits with customer value through clear, consistent messaging
+ **Effective Communication:** Skilled at simplifying complex information and communicating updates to varied audiences through decks, toolkits, and enablement materials
+ **Relationship Management:** Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams, dealers, and vendors to ensure cohesive execution
+ **Digital Marketing Expertise:** Knowledge of app store optimization, content strategy, and eCommerce marketing best practices across global markets.
+ **Mobile App Expertise:** Experience in mobile app environment from a product or mobile marketing perspective, with an understanding of how to implement and measure mobile app campaigns
+ **Vendor & Management:** Experience managing creative, translation, and localization partners to deliver timely, high-quality content across languages and formats, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
+ **Budget Management:** Manage and allocate budgets across initiatives and channels to maximize impact against business objectives, while tracking and reporting on spend, pacing, and performance.
**Considerations for Top Candidates:**
+ 3-5 years of demonstrated experience managing app-based, eCommerce, and/or similar digital platform marketing coordination with cohesive channel strategy
+ Experience developing and implementing standardized processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality
+ Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to align stakeholders through structured messaging frameworks and toolkits
+ Skilled in managing multiple priorities and partners to meet deadlines and ensure campaign quality
+ Ability to interpret campaign performance data to guide decision making and strategic improvements
+ Experience in working with creative agencies and managing the end-to-end process of creative asset development and delivery
+ Strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, dealers, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives successfully
**Additional Information:**
This position will have the option to be based out of our Irving, TX; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL or Cary, NC offices.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
