We have an opening for a part-time/PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, with a 12 hour night position (6 PM to 6 AM) with that includes a great shift differential and skilled nursing incentive! We look forward to talking with you about this great opportunity!

Our Nurses:

Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our residents.

Support the Director of Nursing with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.Review routines, calendar of events and resident needsEnsure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and countedEnsure all charting and record keeping is accurate and completePromote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed!

Be a graduate of an accredited LPN programHave an active LPN license in the state, in good standingExperience in Long-term CareHave flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.Provide leadership and supervision to nursing team membersHave knowledge of DHS RegulationsPossess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaborate with team members and external constituentsHave first aid/CPR certificate per state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 50lbs.
