This Position reports to:
Easter Europe Cluster Manager
We are looking for a manager to lead end-to-end operations for the Robotics Eastern Europe cluster within BL Industries & Automotive, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of customer solutions aligned with the global BL strategy.
Lead and optimize project resources across Eastern Europe (engineering, project management, SCM) to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Drive project business in smaller EE countries in line with the global go-to-market strategy.
Implement the cluster operational strategy and ensure engineering efficiency using global delivery centers (GSCs, INOPC, EDP).
Evaluate market opportunities and coordinate activities across Local Businesses.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with global targets and monitor performance.
Manage the annual operations budget, cost control, and resource utilization across countries.
Ensure high operational performance through strong collaboration with local and global BL and Division teams.
Build customer-oriented processes to meet quality, service, and lead-time expectations.
Allocate project resources across local segments and support Sales with operational expertise.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and integrity standards.
Lead, develop, and motivate direct and indirect teams in cooperation with HR.

What you bringUniversity degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Control & Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
Strong management experience (min. 10 years) in operations and project management within industrial or automation environments.
AJ - C1, Slovak - nice to have
Experience working in a large, multicultural organization.
Solid financial and budgeting understanding.
Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, influencing, coaching, and leadership skills.

Salary:
5100 EUR/month + variable component
The listed salary is the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final amount will be adjusted according to your expertise, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
