Early Talent & Corporate Recruitment Analyst

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you’ll support recruiting efforts for Huron’s Early Talent & Corporate Recruitment teams by helping identify top talent, deliver a positive candidate experience, as well as drive impact through our best in class early talent programming.

This role is well-suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn recruiting fundamentals, develop strong stakeholder communication skills, and grow within Talent Acquisition.

Recruiting Support & Coordination

Partner with a Recruiting Lead and TA teammates to support recruiting plans and day-to-day hiring activities.

Help manage multiple open roles by tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and flagging risks or delays.

Prepare candidate updates, interview schedules, and hiring status reports to ensure clear communication.

Conduct initial resume reviews to assess basic qualifications and alignment with role requirements.

Support outreach efforts and maintain timely, professional communication with candidates.

Help ensure a positive, organized candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Show curiosity and openness to feedback while building recruiting, business, and market knowledge.

Escalate questions or issues appropriately to ensure alignment and candidate care.

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, campus programs, coordination, or a customer-facing role (internships welcome).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); familiarity with ATS tools or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus but not required.
