As an Early Careers Coordination Specialist within Early Careers team, you will help support all key coordination activities as part of the campus season. The team is responsible for delivering more than 1,000 diverse future leaders into entry-level analyst programs across multiple businesses and corporate areas at JPMorganChase. Job responsibilities
Manage candidate queries in a timely manner, maintain accurate and consistent information in the relevant systems, ownership of shared mailboxesPlan and coordinate interview days and assessment centres, liaising with candidates and recruiters to arrange interviews and respond to any general recruitment or application queries in a timely mannerOwn all aspects of campus event logistics, send invites, confirmations, and post event follow-ups to candidates, serve as main point of contact for candidates, process and track event expenses and invoicesParticipate in project management for Early Careers flagship programmes, including the organization of the summer internship experience and spring insight eventsShare innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and work through ways to streamline processesTravel occasionally to support programme activities and events

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Industry experience or experience within event management Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
