About the role

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a real estate professional.

You will be on a 12-months program that exposes talents like yourself to understand the holistic nature of transaction management within JLL. As a graduate trainee, you will be part of a driven, cross regional and successful account team that sits within the business line Transaction Management Services at JLL. You will be responsible for managing the client’s small offices portfolio in APAC, leading transactions to execution leveraging our experienced broker network. You will support the Transaction Manager and Account Director on portfolio strategies and account reporting.

Relationship Management

You will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with the client’s real estate department and work cross-functionally with their internal and external partners.

Transaction Management 

You will support the execution of a wide variety of real estate transactions, including lease acquisitions, lease renewals and disposition transactions through local Markets teams across Asia Pacific, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and knowledge. There will be opportunity to support the Transaction Manager and Account Director in other areas of the portfolio across Asia Pacific.

You are a fresh graduate or with less than 2 years of working experience, and with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance and Business related studies. Friends describe you are a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.

Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
