Position Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter – Early Career & Enterprise Talent plays a critical role in developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent across all corporate departments. While maintaining a focus on early career hiring (Grade 1–8 roles), this position also supports recruitment needs across multiple functions—including Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and more. The Recruiter will cultivate strong pipelines through proactive engagement with universities, professional organizations, military programs, and diversity partners to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates who reflect the communities we serve.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment for early career and corporate professional roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, and offer negotiation.Design and implement sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, career fairs, professional associations, and employee referrals.Build and maintain talent pipelines through strategic relationships with local and national colleges, universities, chambers of commerce, workforce development programs, and military transition centers.Champion diversity recruitment initiatives by forming partnerships with relevant organizations and attending events that target underrepresented talent.Deliver compelling presentations and host recruiting events (e.g., information sessions, early career summits, panel discussions) to promote the company and open roles.Support recruiting efforts for internships, rotational programs, and entry-level roles while also assisting with mid-level professional hires as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication throughout the process.Coordinate background checks, hiring documentation, and onboarding schedules.Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across Talent Acquisition.Perform other duties and talent-related projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in corporate or high-volume recruitingStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office toolsAbility to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and think creativelyDemonstrated interest in building inclusive talent pipelinesWillingness to travel locally and regionally for recruiting eventsStrong presentation and employer branding skills
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldExperience supporting corporate recruitment across multiple functionsPrior experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo)Strong presentation and employer branding skills
