Start date: July 2026.
Are you interested in building a successful career at one of the largest insurance companies in the world? We are now looking for graduates to join AIG’s Nordic Underwriting team in Stockholm, with opportunities within both Financial Lines and Casualty.
In this role, you will combine the daily responsibilities of an Underwriter with a structured learning path in our Early Career development program. This is your chance to gain deep expertise in complex risks, backed by hands-on mentorship from senior colleagues in a "Learn-It-All" culture.

We operate as a tightly integrated Nordic team where we prioritize collaboration, knowledge sharing, and shared success.
Nordic Casualty
We are a team of experienced Casualty Underwriters covering all four Nordic countries (Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway). The Casualty team insures midsized to large corporations in Liability Insurance, Recall Insurance, CPI (Contaminated Product Insurance) and EIL (Environmental Impairment Liability).

+ Competitive Package: We offer a solid compensation package including occupational pension (tjänstepension), private medical insurance, a generous wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag), and 30 days of vacation.

+ Underwriting Support: Assessing risks and analyzing financial data together with Senior Underwriters to make sound insurance decisions.
+ Portfolio Management: Managing and reporting on portfolio exposures to ensure profitability.
+ Relationship Building: Developing your commercial skills by communicating with brokers and clients, eventually building your own network.

What you’ll need to succeed
This role is aimed at recent university graduates (or those with less than two years of work experience) who are eager to learn. We are looking for a team player who enjoys a mix of deep analysis and outgoing relationship building. We believe you are a match if you:
