The E2E Supply Chain Transformation manager has a holistic supply chain view, being responsible for operations governance topics and the total MU E2E supply chain program management agenda. On the operations governance side the MU program lead is the point of contact for E2E capital management of the market for make and move, service level targeting and productivity accountability and governance. On the program management side the MU program lead is going be responsible for all the big E2E transformational projects of the market, designing the solutions, aligning and executing, while always controlling the overall supply chain projects agenda. Responsibilities Develop and deploy an E2E supply chain strategy agenda clearly connected and paired with business and operational priorities. Design local initiatives, provide holistic evaluation of the internal and external trends, integrate business relevant ‘lift-and-shift’ and GTM initiatives and develop a mid and long term E2E supply chain strategy plan to deliver the right service at the right cost base. Design the E2E supply chain solutions/initiatives to support business and operational goals, building relevant business cases, developing the respective CAR documents as well as being the first level of approval process. Design and execution of the abovementioned solutions require cross-functional co-ordination and timely alignment. Lead and deliver a robust project management roadmap to ensure proper visibility of the programs’ scope, deliverables and progress. Drives clarity and visibility of the project performance across the organization. Stimulates alignment and fosters collaboration and partnership among the engaged teams. Networks with other business groups to identify gaps and synergies and suggest process and communication improvements. Lead the E2E supply chain productivity pipeline agenda, establishing the right to win governance process, focusing on end target delivery and enabling broader supply chain teams deliver in line with expectations. Lead the E2E supply chain capital agenda for all categories and sites in the market. Linking with respective functional leads and ensuring on time delivery according to expected targets. Being the single point of contact on capital management to the leadership team, closely collaborating with finance functional lead and ensuring broader teams alignment. Be responsible for service level targeting, ensuring proper analysis of the available data has been done, incorporating internal and external sources. Always keeping aligned all supply chain sub-functions. Design, align, develop and implement new “ways of working” in the MU, in order to ensure proper supply chain operating model is in place to support the E2E supply chain target’s delivery. Design and moderate the annual respective workshops, engaging all functional heads and driving mutual alignment for all parties. Lead the sustainability agenda within the market, ensuring E2E coverage. Align local targets with corporate guidance. Build detailed action plan per node of the supply chain and ensure on time execution as per pre-agreed time-plan. Lead and manage change and development culture in E2E supply chain to create effective and agile operations blueprint and securely move from the Current supply chain Operating Model onto the E2E supply chain Targeted Operating Model. Guide and support managers in the planning and implementation of change and organizational development initiatives liaising closely with the rest of the supply chain Leadership Team as appropriate to achieve a successful shared outcome that has a positive and measurable impact on the business. Build and develop end-to-end operational and financial performance visibility platform across the market’s supply chain organization to provide leadership direction and guide individuals who directly play role in the executive performance level. Setup and deploy clear and robust key performance measurement systems, tools and communication practices, harmonized across the geographies and supply chain sub functions, to proactively tackle performance challenges and secure the right balance between efficiency, costing and customer satisfaction. Co-Develop and deploy the E2E SC Lean agenda partnering internally with all SC functional leads in order to cascade to their teams Serve and evolve as the primary liaison and communication interface of market’s supply chain to cross functions within MU, sector center of excellence teams, global logistics operations and other related units to develop proper and dynamic cooperation for effectively delivering general and functional company objectives. Ensure pep+ agenda for the MU is built, followed and visible for the entire MU organization and aligned with sector functions. Ensure supply chain support for DRS transition Qualifications Skills (practised capability/behaviour): E2E supply chain understanding High level of financial knowledge Strong stakeholder management skills Detail orientation with strategic mind-set Solid leadership capabilities Ability to operate at all levels in the organization Ability to work in a self-directed way, whilst following the project brief closely Solid communication and influencing in diverse language and culture environment Proficiency in analytics (building and usage) Experience of process mapping and analysis Ability to rapidly learn new processes and procedures Experience (On the job): Complex Supply Chain Transformation Projects Direct Supply Chain operational and execution experience Broad change management experience Deep vertical and horizontal grasp of the business Expertise (Specialist knowledge): Supply Chain expertise on E2E management including production, warehousing, distribution and inventory management Change expert Expert in negotiations Expertise to operate in a highly complex and multicultural environment
