E&I Shift Technician

Main Purpose:
To support manufacturing achieves their production, quality and safety targets. To support the Project Implementation and to handle all the electrical needs of the shop floor, warehouse, Utilities, Sub-stations, Perimeters and Admin building (Head Office inclusive) as per instruction.

Main Accountabilities:

Is responsible for in line production qualityHandles all electrical and instrumentation jobs with safety as and when delegated by the team leaderMaintains logbook of all electrical maintenance jobs, complete electrical PM schedules assignedMaintains safe working atmosphere of the equipment and coworkers and contributes to hazard reporting process of the factorySubmits daily maintenance and breakdown reports as requiredFollows the spare part management procedureIs responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of the line equipment including accessing of PLC & HMI for diagnosing.Supports Focused TechniciansParticipates in Plant Maintenance meetingsImplements continuous improvements assignmentsObserves and maintains UMS principles in the line covering the operations all the timeMaintains highest quality standards, ensures safe working practices and cares for environment through compliance with the guidelines set up in Company Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, customer service and consumer safety policies of Unilever PhilippinesTo support the Project ImplementationSupports Digital team in the execution of Centrica and likewiseClosure of SHEPAR actions as recommended by SafetySupports MVSG/LV and electrical system Maintenance and troubleshooting activityEnsures FDAS compliance

Relevant Experience:

National Diploma in Electrical & Electronics EngineeringTeamworkGood communication skills3 - 5 years' experience in similar operationsOral Processing & Packing Equipment experience is preferred
