About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to grow and manage their presence across Amazon and other third-party marketplaces, while supporting ecommerce initiatives on their primary websites. This role focuses on marketplace execution, merchandising, performance analysis, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and motivated to scale ecommerce through optimization, automation, and clear reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management & Growth

Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces

Own marketplace merchandising (titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, categories)

Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, traffic, and inventory health

Coordinate promotions, deals, and marketplace programs

Ecommerce Support & Optimization

Support website ecommerce initiatives, launches, and promotions

Assist with conversion rate optimization using performance data

Maintain catalog, pricing, and inventory consistency across channels

Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports

Analyze trends and provide clear insights and recommendations

Ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and repeatable

Automation, AI & Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks

Leverage automation and AI tools for listing optimization, analysis, and workflows

Audit processes and develop scalable SOPs

Collaboration

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams

Stay current on marketplace policies and industry best practices

Qualifications

Required

2–5+ years of ecommerce or marketplace experience

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central

Strong understanding of merchandising and conversion optimization

Experience with reporting, analytics, and SOP documentation

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice to Have

Experience with Walmart or other marketplaces

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and automation tools

Experience using AI tools and/or paid marketplace advertising

Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 per year
