E-Commerce Marketing Manager | MAF Retail | Head Office Kenya
ROLE SUMMARY
The E-Commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for driving and overseeing the ecommerce channel marketing operations and driving growth. The role is also responsible for developing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness and customer loyalty, and establish the company as a leader in online food retail and the e-grocer of choice for customers.
ROLE PROFILEDevelop new and creative ecommerce growth strategiesContribute to the internal communication of the company strategy and objectivesDevelop the in-market approach to ecommerce marketing comms, in line with wider company objectivesCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersOversee the creating and implementation of annual marketing calendar for the Ecommerce businessOversee the performance marketing function to increase the digital presence to new markets and scaling existing markets to new areasLead and drive design strategies to improve user experience of website and app users through enhanced visual communication
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or similar relevant field5+ years in a similar position.2+ years in media or advertising background is preferred.Ability to build agencies and team relationshipsExperience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM softwareStrong communicator and presentation skills.
