As E-commerce Manager you are responsible for the sales performance, customer experience, and the overall profitability of digital channels of Korea and South East Asia. In this role, you lead the e-commerce, marketing teams in Korea and collaborate closely with merchandising and marketing colleagues with South East Asia responsibility. You conduct the strategic planning and all operational as well as commercial activities.
The E-commerce Manager of KR/SEA reports to the Country Manager of KR/SEA based in Seoul, Korea.
What you will do:
Develop and execute the digital sales strategy for the KR/SEA channels aligned with & Other Stories overall goals and brand vision.Enhance the online shopping experience, focusing on customer retention and improving site functionality, garment rotation, and overall visibility.Strive to constantly optimize the customer offer by driving customer-, web-, digital media- and sales analysis and taking actions accordingly.Collaborate with local e-commerce, marketing and merchandising teams to build a locally relevant strategy ensuring business growth, supporting the customer journey from A-Z, e.g. brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and conversion in all communication channels.Drive operational improvements, adopting new technologies and practices to maintain competitiveness in the your market(s).Manage the online channel(s) budget and P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.Lead and develop the E-commerce and Marketing colleagues guiding recruitment, performance management, and career growth while fostering a people-first culture.QualificationsAlignment to our company values is the most important characteristic we look for in all new joiners. What you need to succeed
Proven leadership in e-commerce with at least 7 years experience, preferably within fashion or retail, and extensive knowledge of the Korean market.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic) and local APAC platforms.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set strategic goals, and drive execution.Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions and optimize performance.Excellent communication and project management abilities, with experience working across teams.Passion for digital sales, fashion, and constant improvement.Commercial as well as strategic mind-set and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions with a customer focus.Fluency in English and Korean.Additional InformationThis is a full-time position based in our Seoul office
