E-Commerce Coordinator, Korea

Job Description

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in Korea. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our online platforms, including ARKET.com and other external e-commerce channels. You will help enhance product content, improve the online shopping experience, and ensure seamless collaboration between teams.

The E-Commerce Coordinator reports to the Omni Sales Manager in Korea.

What you will do:

 Product Enrichment & Content Translation:

Oversee daily product enrichment processes to ensure accurate and timely product information is displayed on our digital platforms.Monitor stock levels and sales performance to ensure product availability and visibility, ensuring no disruptions or delays.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product uploads and enrichments, collaborating with the relevant teams to resolve challenges.Translate product information and digital content, ensuring it aligns with the brand tone and supports a seamless enrichment process.Maintain consistent brand voice and quality across all copy on ARKET.com and other digital platforms.

 ARKET.com Quality & User Experience:

Focus on enhancing the online customer experience with a user-centered mindset, identifying opportunities for improvement on ARKET.com.Participate in reviews and development discussions by gathering and organizing data on user behavior and site performance.Create and share internal reports or documents to track progress and maintain alignment across teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Platform Support:

Support administrative tasks related to external partner platforms, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external teams.Address customer inquiries and provide accurate, brand-aligned responses to any clarifications or guidance needed.Collaborate closely with the online visual and merchandising teams, ensuring cross-functional support where needed.

What you need to succeed

Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for accuracy, layout, and visual consistency across platforms.Experience in e-commerce or working with online platforms is a plus.Fluent in Korean with proficiency in English to collaborate with Regional Team.A degree in digital, business, or communication- related field is an advantage.Strong team player with clear and open communication skills.Understanding of online shopping behaviors and how users navigate digital platforms.Interest in e-commerce, user experience (UX), and how digital platforms work and can be improved.Eager to learn, with a fresh thinking approach to challenges and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
